Puget Sound pregnancy center elevates care with a re-imagined approach to practical compassion.
Client: Care Net is a pregnancy support organization that provides resources for pregnancy, sexual health and abortion recovery. Care Net Puget Sound has healthcare centers and 2 mobile medical units that serve the greater PNW area.
Case: Care Net Puget Sound president came to us knowing that their brand and digital footprint needed a content reorganization and a visual overhaul. While they didn’t have the approval to fully diverge from Care Net’s headquarter brand, they were looking to see how we could find a median ground between a redesign and brand refresh. They were concerned about maintaining the integrity of their original logo, continuity with their parent organization, and brand recognition.
Result: We detailed strategic updates in a brand refresh proposal document, walking the Care Net team through changes that would position their brand to better connect with their customers. We refined the elements of their original logo so that while it retained its overall identity, it communicated a greater sense of care, cleanliness, professionalism and approachability.
We also reimagined the entirety of the Care Net marketing structure, building a scalable set of guidelines to frame the rollout of their updated look across their care touchpoints. We designed a digital hub to house the extensive reorganization of their chapter’s content, leveraging existing medical and training documents and center resources to drive SEO and better serve their community.
Through our partnership, the Puget Sound chapter of Care Net not only improved the look of their brand, they were able to redefine how they CONNECTED with their patients by leveraging an interconnected digital platform (including an updated and modernized social media strategy), secure and organized website, and brand rollout to their mobile care project.
