Reinvigorated brand gives long-standing hotel spa a fresh face.
Client: SAVI Day Spa at Hotel Murano is an award-winning relaxation getaway in Western Washington and a staple amenity at Tacoma’s Hotel Murano for over 20 years. They specialize in full spa experiences that integrate fresh, invigorating products, leading beauty practices, and all-day indulgence.
Case: After undergoing a management change, SAVI was looking to bring a fresh feel to their boutique space and brand with a marketing strategy that could streamline communications and digital media. They needed an effective and efficient update that could bring in new clients without losing their connection with their current customers and community.
Result: Competitive market research and strategic development sessions with the SAVI team allowed us to identify where to position their spa brand and how to best resource their new team.
We developed a bright, fresh, and inviting collateral base complete with resourced photography, a social media strategy (including templates for ongoing content creation), business suite and services collateral, and an ecommerce-enabled website — all tailored to emphasize SAVI’s fresh take on spa.
It was important for us to empower the SAVI team to be able to utilize their brand and collateral independent of our involvement. We prioritized digital integration to streamline their work flow and set up tools and assets on Canva for their team to utilize their brand materials on their own.
